Residential Amenity
For vending operators in residential buildings

One dashboard for every kiosk you run.

Live machine status. Resident promos with QR codes. Happy-hour scheduling. Software-licensing rollups. All from a single page, all signed in to one account, even when your fleet spans buildings, cities, and ownership groups.

Live, not last week

KVM and Grab & Go hardware report independently every minute. Every dispense, every shelf grab, every customer star — on your screen the moment it happens.

Promos that actually run

Daily, weekly, monthly happy hours auto-populate the calendar through expiration. Print QR cards from any code. Bill the resident, the PMC, or the operator — your choice.

One bill, automatic

Software-licensing fees roll up nightly: active machines × monthly fee, prorated when machines pause. Statements draft on the 1st. PDFs sit in cloud storage so an audit is one click.

Why we built this.

KVM CAFE machines are two kinds of vending in one cabinet — drinks on one side, snacks on the other — sitting inside residential buildings where the resident, the property management company, and the vending operator all have a stake in how it’s run. Existing dashboards treat one of those audiences and ignore the rest. Residential Amenity is the operator’s home, but it surfaces what residents see (CSAT, promo redemptions) and what PMCs care about (uptime, satisfaction) so a single conversation can include all three.
